surgical products here in Hyderabad.The only one
of its kind of showroom in the state of Andhra
Pradesh,Sayani Surgicals will showcase 300 to 400
varieties of medical aids.
Disclosing this addressing a press conference Dr.
M.Y.Sayani, who is a Chartered Physiotherapist in
the state said the that the Display Cum Sale
Showroom will have Physiotherapy,Rehabilitation,
Electromedical Equipment, Orthopaedic Appliances,
Artificial Limbs, Wheel Chairs, Hospital
Furniture, Surgical Goods, Gym, Obesity & Health
Care Products. These include approximately 20
varieties of wheel chairs (both domestic and
imported); 18 to 20 types of joggers (threadmills),
Motorised Wheel Chairs, Glucometers, B.P.
Monitors, Diabetic Footwear,10 to 15 varieties of
Crutches, several kinds of Hand Sticks, Water
Beds(for those patients who are totally
bedridden), Alpha Beds, Walking Aids, Stick cum
Seat etc and others.
Sayani Surgicals is one of the oldest surgical
firms established in the year 1972. Our father Dr.
M.Y.Sayani was the only physiotherapist in the
state in the early 1960s and was instrumental in
setting up a Physiotherapy Department in NIMS
those days, informed Dr. M.S. Sayani, son of M.Y.
Sayani. Junior Sayani
who himself is a Medical Graduate and Diploma
holder in Sports Physiotherapy and Sports
Nutrition joined the firm in the year 1997(though
involved occasionally since 1989). Since then the
company has reached new heights in Surgical
EquipmentManufacturing. ‘Here at Sayani Surgicals
we redefine the lives of physically challenged’,
says Dr.M.S. Sayani. Our endeavour is to ‘mitigate
the sufferings of the patients’. And make
available internationally best equipment locally
at the most affordable prices to the patients. We
have with us
Wheel Chairs in the range of Rs 1200 to 20,000/-
and Motorised Wheel Chairs at around Rs 70,000/-
Over the past 25 years since sayani surgicals was
established in the year 1972, we have been serving
the physically handicapped in many ways. We have
also been running a Physiotherapy Clinic, which
deals with Rehabilitation of Physically
Handicapped patients with knee pains, cervical and
lumbar, Spondylosis,
Paralysis etc. We do treat mentally handicapped
patients. The Clinic is being run under the
supervision and expert guidance of my father Dr.
M.Y.Sayani who is the Senior Most Physiotherapist
in A.P,informed Dr. M.S. Sayani.
To be more close to our patients, we shifted our
Clinic to the present location at Khairatabad in
1982.Since then we have added many facilities
including a 13 bedded O.P Clinic equipped with the
latest appliances required for the treatment of
patients, he added.
We have been exporting our products to Dubai and
they have been very well received. Our future
plans include setting up of an obesity centre and
factory expansion. We are also authorised
distributors for Gym, Obesity and Health Care
Appliances and Hospital Furniture Equipment etc.
Besides supplying the
readymade goods, we also make customised medical
aids suiting to the specific requirements of the
patients,
