Rocks Stone Grill”, First of its kind in India
Rocks’, the first of its kind, stone grill restaurant, has opened its
doors to the ever discerning foodies of Hyderabad. Master Chef Sanjeev
Kapoor has developed this unique theme of grilling food on a stone at each
guest’s table and translated it into a full-fledged restaurant. He had
first developed this concept during his days as a Chef in New Zealand and
ever since he dreamed of having a restaurant which would have stone grills
at every table. To realize his dream he joined hands with Mr. Raaja Daljit
Singh & Mr. Bobby Sarna of RS Square Hotels & Resorts Private limited of
Hyderabad. His dream ultimately became a reality with the opening of ‘Hot
‘Hot Rocks’ is an extremely unique and exciting new dining concept. At the
‘Hot Rocks’, the décor and theme of the restaurant sets the mood of the
guest to indulge in cooking the food for himself. The interiors are
designed with the right use of colours and the ambience complements the
delicious spread. A trendy bar with sophisticated interiors is set up as
well. Diners will hear the sizzle and get a whiff of the incredible aroma
of their foods grilling right in front of them on a searing hot stone!
This method of cooking seals the extraordinary flavours of the food,
making it amazingly succulent and delicious. These meals are quick,
entertaining, healthy and sensationally luscious.

‘Hot Rocks’ offers you the World cuisine. You can start with a wide
selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian grills with a unique assortment
of sauces, specially created for ‘Hot Rocks’ by the Master Chef himself.
Healthy salads and breads accompany the grills. A scrumptious buffet with
food grilled on stone awaits you to indulge and experience the great
offerings. The buffet is laid on Salt Beds on which food is kept warm.
Potatoes are baked on these beds too. The Chef at the live pasta bar
delivers the pastas to your liking with a choice of sauces and vegetables
