expecting to generate 0.5 million employment opportunities alone.

has also created major job opportunities in these areas. Citing examples
of higher job opportunities following industrialization in Vijayawada,

Andhra Pradesh besides other small towns in the country, Mr. Deveshwar

ensure potential job seekers remain members on the portal and keep
updating their profiles in order to let potential job providers know their
intentions i.e. whether they are looking for a job or are happy with their
current one.”
Mr. Deveshwar added “For the first time in the world, an online job
placement model has been created that commits a job seeker to provide his
video profile and psychometric test in order to better his chances of
finding a job. On the other hand, it lessens recruitment time of a
corporate as these parameters enable the company take an effective
decision in quick time”
