Infotech signs a
MoU with JNTU-Kakinada
Creates the
curriculum for M.Tech in
Avionics

Enterprises Limited, a leading Global Engineering
Services company, headquartered at Hyderabad,
India signed a MoU with JNTUK - Jawaharlal Nehru
Technological University Kakinada, Kakinada to
create the curriculum of M.Tech in Avionics. The
MoU was exchanged between Mr. B.V.R. Mohan Reddy,
Chairman and Managing Director, Infotech
Enterprises Limited and the Vice Chancellor, Prof.
Col. Allam Appa Rao, JNTU Kakinada.
As per Infotech’s campus connect initiative, the
chief objective of this MoU is to establish the
curriculum of M.Tech in Avionics. This is the
first MoU for Infotech to program a detailed
course for a post graduate degree. Infotech
Enterprises is the first engineering services
company to approach JNTUK for setting up M.Tech in
Avionics course. The course will be commenced from
this academic year. Infotech will be conducting
special technical lectures by its senior
practitioners, provide practical training, and
working with JNTUK Kakinada management towards
strengthening the curriculum to align the industry
requirements with the institute.
Mr. B.V.R. Mohan Reddy, Chairman and Managing
Director, Infotech Enterprises Limited said, “We
see a lot of potential in nurturing the quality
engineering talent in Tier II cities like Kakinada.
This is a mutually rewarding partnership for
Infotech and JNTUK Kakinada. For JNTUK, this
relationship will ensure that their students are
employable and for Infotech, it creates – ready to
employ rich engineering talent.”
The Vice Chancellor, Prof. Col. Allam Appa Rao,
JNTUK Kakinada, said, “We are proud to be
associated with Infotech, a global engineering
services company with proven leadership in
Avionics. This MoU would go a long way in
enhancing the value of the curriculum offered by
Infotech and enabling the company to tap into
specialized skills in Avionics sector.”
Infotech Enterprises Limited recently laid the
foundation stone for its new facility at the IT
SEZ, Sarpavaram, Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. This
facility was an extension of company’s business
strategy to take advantage of SEZs and also foster
inclusiveness by locating development centers in
Tier II city. Infotech has been actively promoting
partnership between the industry and the
Institution by signing MoUs with SNIST Hyderabad,
CIPET Hyderabad, MLRIT Hyderabad and Andhra
Polytechnic College from Kakinada.
