"Now
track ur stolen vehicles by click of mouse "
Now
another exciting feature added in the city police
website!
Hyderabad|India|January'2009: As
many as 8- 10 vehicles are lost in the city everyday. Many are stolen by joy
riders/ thieves who abandon them on the roads once the vehicles go run out of
fuel. Most of them obviously land in the police stations. Many a time, owners
are not aware that their vehicles are lying abandoned in the police stations or
parking lots.
Now this won’t be a problem anymore. Just go to Check Yourself link in the home
page of hyderabadpolice.gov.in, then go to Trace Your Vehicle link.
In the page which appears following this, either type Engine number or
Chasis Number or Registration number and press Search. If you are sure, you can
give all the fields, otherwise one field is enough for search. All characters in
a field (box) should be typed continuously without any space.
The stolen/abandoned vehicle database of entire state (Not Hyderabad
alone) will be searched after you press search.
If you are lucky, a positive result will follow with
the following details:-
 |
