Few weeks later, when
Dinesh was ready with the money, he met Jagadish. To his surprise
he found that the money required to make an album was much more,
might be in lakhs!. He couldn’t believe that. He decided to make
enquiries on his own, which was later confirmed that they needed at
least two to three lakhs rupees to make their dream of an album
happen. Making album looked a distant dream to Jagadish. And they
decided to bury the idea.
Soon after final year exams they relocated to Hyderabad. Jagadish
almost gave up the idea of an album. Dinesh wanted to pursue and
help Jagadish fulfill his friend’s dream. Dinesh, Manoj and many
other friends got together with small contributions from each
other. Borrowed funds and started the work on the album in
January 2008.
None of them, except Jagadish had little training in Music. But,
even he didn’t know playing even a single musical instrument which
is the minimum expected of a music composer. Undeterred by their
lack of knowledge
in musical world they decided to proceed with the album. The going
was tough. But, toughness of their personality got going.
They took guidance from Somanath, a music director of YUVA YUVA
album, which gave them a rough idea about the total project, how and
what to do. Then with that idea, Mr. Fayaz Ahmed, their teacher at
college stood besides them and encouraged them to continue with the
work.
"After completion of our final B.Tech Exams, I and my friend
Jagadish started the work in reality and successfully completed the
two songs. By then the money we had perished. Then I searched for
helping hands. At the same time I found my friend Manoj, who is a
senior to me, had similar ideas like me and has entrepreneurial
qualities in him. I then explained to him the total concept, he got
impressed and said now onwards "I am with you". From then we
re-started the project. In this journey I also met Ashwin Palparthi,
a music director of NUVVO KALA who has given me a valuable
information and a lot of mental support", said Dinesh emotionally
with a sigh of relief reflecting on his face, while addressing press
conference in city.
Now "Enno Aashalatho", a maiden of Telugu audio album is ready
for launch on August 3 on the
World Friendship Day.
It is tentatively planned to be launched at Country Club.
The album is a coordinated effort of friends, as one had talent
and no money, other friends went to his rescue, working early
mornings and late evening and going to college/workplace in the day
time, mobilising support from friends and helped the friend to
realise his dream of bringing out an album. Thus these three youth
set a best example of a friendship.
The album is brought out by them without any knowledge or entry
in music industry, but with a lot of perseverance and desire to
achieve something. Balancing time between their temporary jobs 10am
to 6pm, working in the nights between 7pm to 12am on the album,
liaisoning with various artists and support group from 5am to 9am,
they brought out the album with a Rs 2.5 lakh borrowed money and
contributions from friends. The album is a result of 7 months hard
work put together by them. While the production of album is on,
none of their family members till today know of their kids dream
project.
The album is not end of our journey, says Dinesh. Adding further
he states that, "My friend Manoj got a doubt that what would be our
future goal, and how in future we could help people with similar
talents without money. Then we got an idea that why we can’t start a
small organization and continue these kind of activities all the
time. Taking this as our first step at the same day we want to start
a web portal named as
www.mymusicmagic.com,
which makes a easy and simple approach to the MUSICAL LOVERS.
www.mymusicmagic.com will be soon launched to encourage and bring
out the hidden talent in the musical world.
